GoogleBrandon was great from start to finish. He constantly kept us in the loop and made sure we always knew what was going on. He applied pressure when needed, which was super helpful given that our sale wasn’t the most straightforward. We’re really happy with his support throughout and would definitely recommend him!

GoogleGreat experience purchasing a bungalow for my Mum in Storrington recently, Ricky, Laura and Pete were all brilliant and were instrumental in helping us get from sale agreed to exchange in just 25 days! Having dealt with a fair few estate agents recently these guys are a completely refreshing change, highly recommend.

GoogleBy far Simon Francis is the most useless person I’ve ever dealt with Contacted to view land. 3days no reply via email so called told will call back another day later get a call to arrange viewing. Calls 3 more times as forgot had already arranged.. View land put in offer hear nothing contact to ask after few weeks told no info yet, call request a call back nothing over a month later no info one way or the other. You’d think to be in such an industry the need to be organised and keep ppl in the loop one way or the other would be standard practice.Beyond useless. The 1star is purely due to fact can’t tarnish an entire company with the incompetence of one person and I’ve heard good things about a few others there, if using this company and are assigned simon francis I’d request another agent unless you want a frustrating experience being left in limbo.

GoogleWe've just purchased our dream family home through Craig at GL&Co. Moving home, especially with kids, is incredibly stressful, but Craig managed to keep us sane with his reassurance and support. Unlike other estate agents, Craig goes above and beyond to ensure things are done efficiently and Craig was the most proactive of all parties involved in the chain. I genuinely believe Craig cares and he takes pride in his job. We hope not to be moving anytime soon, but if we were to move again we would definitely choose GL&Co to sell our property. GoogleDuring our first home purchase, we had Brandon facilitate from GL&Co in Storrington. He was exceptional in every sense. Whenever we had any questions, he was quick and concise to answer them. We never felt like a bother to Brandon and during some of the more tricky parts of our completion, he was absolutely fantastic. He was always clear with each step of the process, which was very important for us as this was our first time buying a home. He was always polite and genuinely honest in his approach. We are very lucky to have had Brandon facilitate our purchase and we are extremely happy with where we now live! Thank you so so much for all of your help! A full recommendation from us.

GoogleI was amused to see that my favourite ranch style of property at Nyetimber Copse, West Chiltington, RH20, has been relisted for the second time, now at a £50K reduction. I first came across this property in October 2024, but unfortunately, it wasn’t considered worthy of a viewing by the estate agency at the time. After collecting my personal details and subsequently grilling me about my finances, they refused to show me the property. If you're considering employing this agency to sell your property, I strongly suggest you think again. I could have easily completed on this property months ago, but it remains on the market, now with a reduced price. It’s disappointing to see a property like this still hanging on the market after such a significant price cut, especially given the missed opportunities along the way.

GoogleNot rented a property off of them yet but from my experience so far they havent been great. Have tried viewing multiple properties with them and never have good things back. They also left me hanging meaning I missed out on a property too which is disappointing. Maybe it was a lucky escape. Just havent had a good experience with them yet...

GoogleI had to sell my parents house after a stressful few years and I chose to put the house up for sale with GL Storrington. It's not easy selling a property when you don't live locally but the team at Guy Leonard, especially Justine, made the process easy and simple and kept me informed all the way along. If I had a question, however trivial, I could message Justine via email or text and a response was quick and nothing was too much trouble.

Sadly she died recently and again going to Guy Leonard was my first choice and again Craig managed the whole process. He was extremely patient, offered lots of useful advice and was easily contactable from start to finish. Brandon was very pro-active in communicating with both myself as the purchaser, my legal team and his clients (the developer/seller) keeping things on target as much as was within his power. GoogleWe were absolutely delighted with the service we received from the Storrington branch in selling our home. All the team, but especially Peter Hossack, director, were supportive, professional and went more than the extra mile for us. Peter kept in contact with us regularly, never failing to communicate out of office hours when it was required. It was his expertise and hard work that led to our achieving a very successful sale. We have never received this level of service in over 40 years of owning property. We cannot recommend GL&Co., more highly.
