FacebookI came across EPS through recommendation and I am so pleased that I did. Brad, Will and Adam were always helpful, professional and on hand to deal with any issues. If anything needed chasing they were on it. As a result, the sale went through smoothly. If we need any help with properties in the future we won’t hesitate to get in touch with EPS again.

GoogleThey are certainly far from the most expensive, but these guys have to be the best in the business! I first contracted EPS Lettings Team to find a tenant for my flat, then as managing agents ....... From the first contact, until I ended renting the flat, Daniel was absolutely faultless ..... and such a nice helpful guy. Then when I decided to sell, I contracted the EPS Sales Team to market the flat. Adam and his team were brilliant and soon found a buyer..... the process for which has been seamless..... absolutely no problems, nor stresses at all. For me, customer service and communications are the key ...... and these guys do it brilliantly ..... I cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleCalled to book a viewing on a property after my email being ignored, the man on the phone did not have a good telephone manner what so ever. He offered me 11am, I explained I was working so I could do after 1pm and he said “okay but it’ll be gone by then”. I’ve rented for years and know you can have multiple candidates, so called back to cancel as I would absolutely not want to deal with him if I was renting and had an issue. So rude

GoogleWe have just spent our first month in our new rented home, and I would like to share our experience of EPS, and in particular, Dan. My wife and I and our two children were in desperate need to find a new home to rent due to our previous rented home being sold and our notice period having ended. (This was with another agent.) I had phoned EPS about a property prior to this one and Dan himself answered the phone. Throughout the conversation Dan listened to our needs and our budget, and was professional in his approach to our particular situation. The property we viewed wasn't right for us however, but a week later EPS advertised this one and I phoned them again. Dan took my call again and arranged a viewing for that afternoon. Upon meeting Dan he was professional, friendly, and informative. He listened to us and gave us ample time to look around the property. (He also engaged with our children whilst we looked, which gave us time to look with less distractions.) Dan always kept his word, calling or texting as promised. He let us have a second viewing, and once we had decided to apply for the property, he kept us informed at every step promptly and courteously. When we went into the office to sign paperwork and our tenancy agreement, the staff were smart and presented professionally. EPS turned what had become a desperate situation into one of hope. From our perspective, Dan saw us as people and not just potential tenants for his client. He gave my family a chance to have a new home. Renting is often a harsh game where (in our experience at times) people are just numbers and stats on paper. Dan and EPS seem to genuinely care about the best fit for tenants and landlords. Our experience with them has been excellent from start through to signing our tenancy agreement. And although EPS were only finding our landlord tenants, and not managing the property, they have assured us that they are still available if we need anything. GoogleWouldn’t recommend. Purchased 1st house through these, found every single person I spoke to rude and dismissive. When calling for updates we were made to feel like we were pestering them, all round rude. Wouldn’t sell with them, would also avoid buying a house if they were being represented by this company.
