Kier Living rebranded to Tilia Homes. They think they can recreate a new trust pilot page and do away with their main page and bad ratings. Whatever rating they have on here is not accurate. Please be warned when purchasing from this seller.

still no reply. We're left with a hole in our wall, now getting ignored. Shabby workmanship. Absolutely appalling company. AVOID. No-one takes ownership of the case, not even the regional director.
