I can’t recommend Dimon Estate Agents highly enough. They have been fantastic from start to finish. From my very first meeting with Andrew, who came to value my house, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to sit down with me, explain everything clearly, and answer any questions I had. I never once felt rushed or pressured, which made a huge difference. Once my house had sold, Heidi was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She kept me fully informed at every stage, constantly chasing all the relevant people and making sure nothing was missed. She even took the time to help me fill out the contracts so I properly understood everything, something that was well beyond what she needed to do, but made such a difference to me. Heidi is super friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient, she really gets the job done. The whole team made what was a fairly a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I have found Dimons to be a really thoughtful and supportive estate agent. From asking for support for a valuation shortly after the passing of a family member (which was done respectfully at a tough time) and providing accurate and timely marketing advice, right through to the sale which was supported throughout. I used DIMON as agents in the sale of my late uncles property. Andrew and the team have been amazing throughout the whole process. Due to probate issues the sale was not straightforward. Despite the challenges I found the whole team at DIMON to be incredibly helpful, informative patient and professional. It is clear that Andrew has a very clear understanding of the local housing market and as a result I found myself confident in the sale price recommended, and the best way to go about achieving that price. The office staff always responded to my calls and emails in a prompt and engaging manner. We had visited a fair share of estate agents who were rubbing their hands and we then lost trust in all estate agents. We were ‘that’ type of customer, a pain in the … ‘neck’, we really needed a quick transaction and Heidi went above and beyond to ensure that happened. We hit a few bumps in the road. Not sure on whose side it went wrong but Heidi made sure everyone worked together to get this sale to go through. She was basically an octopus on the phone to everyone involved at the same time. An ABSOLUTE credit to the company. If we went somewhere else they would have just made us wait, especially as we were a pain in the … as we needed to move. Heidi made the impossible possible. Honestly cannot thank her enough! Dimon should be proud to have her as an employee! Would recommend this estate agents to anyone! Especially if you are first time buyers and don’t know who to trust or where to go. They are not like the others we had viewed through.

I have used Dimon before a number of years ago, I found them to be extremely helpful, polite and professional. When we had to sell a house recently Dimon were the only estate agents that I wanted to use. There is no hard sell, they do not hassle you. The service is exceptional. I always know that they will update us at each stage either via email or voicemail. They also use a moving app to track the progress too. I would highly recommend Dimon to anyone that is considering moving. Heidi, Andrew and the team are the best estate agents and generally wonderful people.
