Wards is professional and efficient but still know who I am whenever I need to visit or call. Our experience renting through them has been positive from the first viewing through the move-in and settling in. They are brilliant at communicating with the Landlord on our behalf so we always feel listened to. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Me and the fiancée viewed a lovely 2 bed house with Wards. After asking the knowledgeable viewing rep (I believe her name was Carol? Apologies if it wasn’t!) I phoned the office and spoke to Melodi who talked me through the application process. In a matter of days we’re due to move in and we couldn’t be happier! Absolutely smashing, thank you

Worst estate agents I've ever delt with, not helpful at all with problems, never reply to emails, not helpful at all when telephoned giving false promises, very unprofessional
Hi Mark, firstly I want to apologise on behalf of Wards that you feel this way. However, to clarify some points, we went above and beyond attempting to get repairs approved by your landlord as and when reported. Ultimately, we have to act on their instruction whether we agree with the directives or not. At no point were false promises made, nor would I agree that any member of staff was unprofessional. I apologise that you did not get your desired outcome and we wish you all the best for the future.

YellWhy wouldn't you choose Wards?!
Been using Wards for years at this point. Being a larger landlord I worried about using an agent, but Justin and his staff have gone above and beyond for me and my wife. Proof of concept. My current tenants move out on Saturday. The new tenants are due to move in on Monday. Pretty sure I can live with it being empty for a Sunday!

Friendly service, staff always try to support and always get back quickly. Listen to needs and recommend appropriate properties rather than just trying to force something on you. Repairs only had two and both completed next day. Can't say much more than do what that say when that say. Highly recommended
