Really great experience from start to end with Platinum. From initially speaking with Charlotte who was always there to answer any questions to then meet Donna for the valuation, who then helped us later down the line with a few issues from our buyers solicitor. Donna went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. We would definitely recommend Platinum to anybody wishing to sell their house with ease and efficiency. Also use a great photographer who captures the best angles and the walk around video is a nice added touch for buyers to ‘walk around’ the property virtually.

Well, where do I start! Elliott was absolutely fantastic, we had our offer accepted back in September and progress was slow, we received the keys to our new house nearly 6 months later, Elliott took on our case and within 2 weeks the deal was complete and we was in our new home, communication was excellent, I was always well informed and never left scratching my head after a conversation, Elliott was always readily available to assist with even the silliest of questions I had and even when he wasn't available he'd phone back before the hour was out. The only issue I had was that I wish Elliott was involved with our purchase from the start as I can confidently say we would have been able to complete a lot sooner! Excellent work and I would highly recommend to anyone!

I am an estate agent of over thirty years and have just had the pleasure of working in a chain with Charlotte who was acting for her client, Mr Wright. Now, it is fair to say, this was not the most straightforward of chains and we were working towards a very tight deadline at the end and the fact that we were able to successfully exchange contracts only a few minutes ago, was, in my opinion, in no small part down to Charlotte. Tenacious and pro active, cheery (most of the time!) and above all, honest, I can honestly say that if this very same sale had of been dealt with by a lesser individual than Charlotte, then all parties might not be celebrating tonight in quite the fashion that I'm sure they will now! Choosing an estate agent to help you move can be a bit of a minefield and the sales progression side of things is often criminally overlooked. This is a mistake and in my opinion is at least as important as the efforts going in to find a buyer in the first place. A personal recommendation from a fellow estate agent is quite rare and I can admit, this is the first time I have taken the time to leave a review like this. This is the mark of how impressed I was. Mr Wright, you chose well!!

We highly recommend Platinum Property for the sale of your home. From the first point of contact Donna was honest and reliable. They value houses at realistic prices and don’t try to reel you by over valuations. We received a 1st class service, everything was well organised and every box is ticked. They keep you well informed, keep you calm when you need it and get things moving when you are waiting on solicitors. In addition Donna located our next home to buy and it was absolutely perfect. I can comment that both the sales and purchase through platinum was seamless. There were a few bumps along the way due to outside factors but Donna and the team were always on hand to help. Platinum is not our local estate agent in our stoke on Trent area but that didn’t affect anything. We received more than our local estate agent at a better price including, floor plans , virtual video, quality photo graphs and a service from a team that really do care. We were really nervous about picking the right estate agents as we hadn’t moved for 20 years and were not familiar with the process.
