I've recently used keys on 2 occasions, one private residential sale and one commercial property by auction. From start to finish the service was excellent, professional but personal and friendly. Everything was dealt with as it should. Liz is extremely knowledgeable of the locality and advises appropriately drawing on her in depth experience of the industry. Should I ever need the services of an estate agent in the future, keys will be my choice. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, and they actually answer the phone!!

Liz at Key's Estate Agents was absolutely fantastic. Not completely ready to sell, We viewed a property on the market with keys on a Monday that we fell in love with. When we agreed to sell through Keys, we didn't think it would be so easy. Agreed to sell on a Tuesday, Professional photos of our current property were taken on the Wednesday and the property was up on the market for the Thursday. We did viewings over the weekend and the house was on the Monday for over asking price. The entire process completed within a week. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liz, took all of the stress out of the Buying and Selling part of the process and kept us up to date throughout.

They are great when taking money off you but if they arent earning thay are not interested. They dont follow through on anything that they promise. Totally unprofessional. There are many estate agents in SOT dont risk using this one.

Liz at keys was always on the case, just what you need an active estate agent that keeps you informed all the way through. We put the house on with keys festival park and had offers within the first two weeks with an accepted sale just few days later. Unfortunately Covid then hit and moving house was put on hold. We eventually moved the beginning of August to the orginal purchasers. Having been in touch with the people we were buying off we know how lucky we were to have Liz in our corner to keep us informed and helping push it all through. We would definitely recommend Keys festival park to anyone thinking of moving.

2nd time of dealing with this estate agent. Both a negative experience. They had to be forced to allow me to view a property I'd purchased through the auction. Rude and I'll mannered, when I eventually got to view it they sent a photographer to show me, not his job really . Unprofessional and unhelpful , if you can I'd steer clear of this outfit.
