GoogleI strongly advice International students and settler to avoid them. They are ready to milk you out especially with their inexhaustible documents when you pay for holding deposit, Shame.
Unfortunately we are very thorough when referencing all potential tenants, some documents are required by law to ensure right and suitability to rent. Potential tenants are clearly frustrated when declined. Often rather than declining an applicant, we endeavour to assist by asking for a guarantor. You are aware as to why we were not able to assist any further in your rental application. Due to security deposit limits imposed under the Tenant Fee Act, the only additional guarantees we can give to our Landlords is via a Guarantor and thus if a suitable guarantor is not available, our Landlords are unable to take the additional financial risk. This is not a reflection of Jones Estate Agent’s policy but the wishes of our Landlords. We wish you the very best in your property search.
