GoogleVery unprofessional. First we asked about viewing on of their properties and they told us that they will send us the address on email, which they failed to do. We called again and received the address only to go and be greeted by a very unprofessional worker. After viewing the house and telling them that we would love to apply they told us another 4 people already applied, but they will send us a form on email to try our look. Needless to say the form never arrived. Next day we called and they assured us that we'll get a form really soon and once again received nothing. Don't want to have anything to do with them ever again. Very disappointed by the poor customer service.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleVery unprofessional behaviour, I wanted to rent a house which they listed and all I got was a big nothing. They never considered me for the property even if I have a clean history and good income. I never recieved the application form even if I called them daily, all I recieved was deceiving lies and fals ensuring because 3 days after I viewed the property they rented the house to someone else!! GoogleJust awful. The staff are unhelpful and make countless major errors. We didn't receive a copy of our contract until we moved out, and even then it was incorrectly dated. If you want a reliable agency who you can trust with your home, avoid Cowdel Clarke at all costs. Too much hassle, dishonesty and poor 'service'.

I found them very very unprofessional and difficult to deal with.I have moved many times over the years and have never ever had a problem with estate agents until I had to deal with this company.I found they are not honest with you at all and that I think is an absolute disgrace. I would not advise anyone to use them when looking for buying or renting there are better most trustworthy companies in Warrington to deal with.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

FacebookPlease be warned if you are using this estate agents you are in for a rough ride! From day 1 Declan (Sales Manager) was completely useless. Constantly chasing him, unprofessional and completely underhand in his processes. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!

GoogleZero consideration for tenants - be very wary when it comes to showing prospective tenants around the property you are vacating. They, Andrew clarke in particular, will not take no for an answer when it comes to organising viewings to fit your schedule. I had to go to shelter and CA in order to prevent them and the landlord entering my home when I had told them not to. Very quick to forget who is the paying customer.

GoogleCowdel Clarke estate agents are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, unaccomodating, unhelpful and just hard work. I actually felt like they had a personal problem with me and went out of there way to stop me letting a property. Take my advice and go elsewhere.

GoogleMoved to Thellwall in November of last year and found our existing property through Cowdell Clarke who were exceptionally professional and helpful in their approach throughout the whole sale procedure. We were kept fully informed of all dealings and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to future buyers.
