GoogleCompletely useless. Never seem to get anything done and never get back to you. Nobody seems to have a clue what they're doing. One minute they tell you someone is just out of the office for a moment, then when you call back they're actually on leave. They take months to address any issues or just don't address it at all. They hold up the process of trying to leave a property and send in circles trying to find out what's going on. They're unorganised and unprofessional. 1 star is an overly generous review for the mess that they run.

GoogleI research the areas and specifications of the houses I'm looking at (including checking floor plans, photos, EPC's and Google driving around the area) before I request to view. Having done all that I ring up and it was already under offer! but showing as for sale on Rightmove?

We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused however we do not mark properties as 'under offer' straight away as we want to ensure that any sale that we may have agreed is progressing appropriately and has reached a certain point before we change its status. Due to the individual nature of every transaction, this is done on a case by case basis and will, as a result, vary from property to property. We are keen to ensure that our clients' interests are protected and that we continue to generate enquiries for our client's properties in the event that we should we encounter any problems during the sales process. We recognise that this is a balancing act of maintaining the clients' interests whilst keeping buyers up to date but we do operate an extensive mailing register which can keep you updated and ease the search process.
