Gregg, who valued the property,clearly knows his stuff, and pitched the price just right.We had two offers at the asking price within 48 hours of listing! The brochure was clearly written, with suggestions of mine taken on board without fuss . However, most impressive was the way Sue Smyth pushed the buyers for completion. GoogleI honestly don’t even know where to begin, people said that moving house is one of the most stressful things in life. I can’t say that was the case for us!
From the very first phone call to the last, every member of the team down in stocksbridge were amazing. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Nothing we asked, or requested was too much for them. For example I wanted wording on the advert changing and also the photos in a different order. This was done immediately and I wasn’t made to feel like I was being picky or difficult.
All the services recommend were amazing, financial advisors, solicitors and even the photographer were great.
The after sales care has been lovely as well. I would highly recommend selling and buying with them!
