As previously explained, we offered the vendor on this property a bespoke service, where they managed all enquires, including contacting applicants to arrange viewings. We did speak to the vendor on several occasions, asking them to make contact with you. This is something we will never do again, as it is clear the lines of communication broke down. We have now made it our policy to keep all enquires in-house and not offer this type of bespoke (on-line style) service again and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.
