GoogleFrom the initial valuation with Alistair who quoted is a very fair price for the sale and was down to earth and not at all pushy like some other agents we met with. He set us up with Leila as our personal negotiator.
Leila was outstanding through every step, we received an offer within 5 days of the property being on the market, and Leila kept us updated through every step of the process, and when the sale fell through 8 days before completion she has the property back on the market and under off again within 5 days (2 of these were weekends.)
We were on a tight schedule due to our help to buy valuation report having a 3 monthly expiry date, Leila managed to get the sale though within 6 weeks.
I would also highly recommend using their approved solicitors Aticus Law and Ailsa in particular.
5* all round and I will look to use Spencer Harvey in the future for my property needs!

I wish I could submit another review for the service these guys have provided us over the past couple of days. After experiencing a few electrical problems during the COVID-19 pandemic, Lauren was amazing yet again at getting everything sorted for us despite working remotely. My other half and I, haven't been fortunate to work from home during the pandemic so without Lauren, it would have been near impossible to get anything fixed. But, despite working remotely, she came out to my property and met with engineers and arranged for an electrician to fix the problems on the same day. Her service has been exceptional yet again. I really cannot recommend these guys, especially Lauren, enough. Also, it's worth mentioning Craig, the wonderful electrician who fixed our problems on the same day on both days, without hesitation. Thanks again guys, it's really really appreciated!

GoogleI have been dealing with this agency since maybe november or december.
I had a 1st viewing with Jared (Amazing Professional and Funny man he really knows what he is talking about) the flat was amazing either the location was great but it wasn't suitable enough for my needs, then we kept in contact and he asked me exactly what I was looking for.
Then few days or week later he called me saying he found the flat I would love.
So I had a viewing the same day of the call I think ! (He did warn me as the state of that flat was terrible but I could picture it with great imagination), we did had a big laugh about it and he was still very professional and I have to say he was spot on ! I loved the flat I secured it straight away. I am going to move in next week !!! 😍😍😍 Can't wait.
Mean time I called few times the agency and everytime I was taking care off by the staff it was mainly women I came accross very helpful. Via email I dealt with Jared obviously lol, Lauren and Dorothy lovely too.
I read all the comments and I would say do not listen to the bad ones.
I highly recommend them, and I would say everyone would always have different experience in life with everything and everyone.
I work in customer service and I am telling you some people that rate bad do deserve some correction and to be put back in their place. The only thing they can do is rate bad because it's most of the time their fault and there is nothing they can do so they blame others lol. Even though you help them they still not satisfied 😂🤣 But some should read terms and condition or also make sure they do thing the right way or speak nicely can definitely help.
On that note I LOVE YOU GUYS !

GoogleSo far I can say nothing but good about this company and its’ staff. Throughout the whole proccess everybody were as professional as you can expect. To be honest before moving in I called the agency quite a FEW times asking questions almost about every detail and not once I needed to wait for somebody to pick up the phone and each time I got a prompt and clear answer.
When I came to the office to pick up the keys Emma was extremely nice and helpful and she continues to be so, when I call her she arranges everything in no time and I do feel that I can trust her which is rare when it comes to letting agents.
