Dear Jenny, We have responded to your family member's other 1 star review which was left because of the same issue. Whilst we appreciate your comments, we did not install the electric meters and had no way of knowing they were wired up incorrectly. We passed to your family member (who rents the apartment) the information (serial numbers) provided to us by the landlord. When we were made aware of the mix up of the meters, we immediately informed your (family member's) landlord, who owns the block of apartments of the error, who has now made the necessary changes. We are doing everything in our power to assist in resolving this issue and of course understand your frustrations. Assuring you of our best intentions at all times. The team at Spencer Harvey
