I haven’t rented a property in 20 years so it was somewhat ominous but the team made it all very straightforward. Highly recommend their services.

No Tenancy application/Reference process is easy and sometimes not straightforward either, but Lydia Swann (Senior Letting Negotiator), made me feel looked after, and attended to.

GoogleWould not recommend, rang up for viewing a house on their books and was told that it was 'so popular' they didn't need anyone else to come and view. Not a professional attitude atall, rude and unhelpful and did not seem interested whatsoever ever in the fact I was trying to buy a house!

GoogleReally appalling service, we've not had a bathroom door since moving in two months ago, the carpet on the stairs is dangerous and the back garden was filled with rubbish. None of this has been resolved after 2 months of chasing, truly disappointing.

GoogleThey are just a bunch of scammers who agree something over the phone and then they will say something different. Advice for Latinos or anyone else, don't trust any English agency, everything in writing because they will try to screw you up as soon as they can.

GooglePoor customer service, with bad attitude to the potential customer. Not sure they know about data protection , when asking people annual salary and classified it whether is potential customer.
