GoogleGreat experience with the JW team to let out a property. Liam and Lydia in particular were fantastic - Liam giving excellent guidance upfront and quickly marketing the property, and Lydia managing the whole process of viewings, tenant find and organising all the safety checks. The communication throughout was also excellent. An all round great team, who I would definitely recommend and use again.

GoogleWe bought our first home through Julian Wadden last month. The buying process was a disaster as our solicitors suffered a major IT failure. If it wasn't for the hard work of Eilish and the team at Julian Wadden we probably would have pulled our hair out. Their level of communication was superb.

Lydia, was amazing with any queries or questions we had about the property and was readily available. Could not recommend Lydia enough she has made the process stress free and exciting for us to move into our first house.

GoogleGreat customer service, Lydia and Liam from the Stockport branch were excellent. Julian Wadden fees to let for landlords (not managed) were very reasonable compared to other estate agents. They marketed well and worked with me to upgrade my property to command the best rental price. They had good knowledge of all requirements. Thank you.
