I got a phone call straight away (within pretty much seconds), Liam was enormously helpful and gave me great advice, answered my questions really knowledgeably about the market and went out of his way to help. He then sent a load of follow up emails with information and letting me know when I'd missed an estate agents call. I've now got a load of valuations booked in - it made everything easy. Very impressed with the service.

TrustpilotDo a google search of agents in your area and contact them yourself unless you want hounding.
I specifically said that I was only in the early stages of considering selling, and would therefore want to be the person to contact the estate agents when I am ready, and that I wasn’t looking for people to call me. Within 15 minutes I had received multiple phone calls from different agents where they had been asked by Get Agent to contact me to arrange a valuation and if I didn’t answer, to leave me voicemail messages. NONE of this was requested.

Asked them in 06/24 to quote for house selling from nearby estate agents, expecting a more independent representative sample. Received some non sensical quotes from agents, who appear to have pay to be on their panel and all they do is then pass your contact details on to them. Now in 09/24, regularly still receive junk calls from them still despite saying I did not agree to their direct contact or any marketing. Block them!Definitely AVOID.

I am following her suggestions to obtain a few valuations and ask prospective Estate Agents some key questions, before I decide which Agent to go with. I had to ask the first agent to redo pics as they were terrible. The second attempt was not alot better. The asking price seemed fair, but had no one to view until it was reduced by 25k. I have now instructed 2 agents, but only had one low offer.

Ultimately, not a free service for sellers as, estate agent will charge a higher fee to sell property (ie. 1.75% instead of 1.5%), passing on cost by GetAgent. Apparently, this is without timelimit (ie. regardless if I decide not to sell at this time, and then reinstigate process in a year or two. This is not made clear when using GetAgent site, and disappointing especially in this time of cost of living crisis. Gave 2stars as GetAgent were quick to respond to original enquiry and supply details of agents in area.

The website was helpful to shortlist local agents for me and then the follow up call with Mponda Ngulwa was superb as he helped me understand the process of selling as its my first time and gave me a useful list of questions to ask on our valuation visits. I spoke with Grace Sheene about the sale of my home and use of a prospective new estate agent. Grace was very helpful and professionally explained my options and statistics relating to several providers in my area. It was great as half an hour later I had calls from the estate agent and have since made appointments. Grace was excellent and I highly recommend using GetAgent!

Pushy staff who called me after I filled out a form on their website. When I said I wanted to take my own time and I said no thank you to further information the sales lady dismissed me and carried on being pushy. I had to say several times that I didn’t need any other information for now and she still wasn’t listening. She ended up putting the phone down on me because I wasn’t falling into her sales trap.

I submitted a request to see local agents fees in my area. I then received a call from Get Agent regarding this. I explained that I just wanted to see the fees and wasn’t ready to contact an agent just yet. He was very rude and put the phone down on me! After doing further research I have discovered that the fee is actually higher when you submit a request via get agent due to them charging the agent. My advice is go direct !

I went on the site and was asked my postcode and how many bedrooms my property has, then the value of my home, now my home has just been on the market and was valued at 750000 but the value you put in using a bar only goes up to £600000, it then comes up to tell me the value doesn’t look right!So because my property is priced higher then get agent has set the price part of the site to I am unable to go any further thus I’m not able to use the site !! Not great at all get agent.

I had already been in contact with all these estate agents.I only wanted to find out percentage rates for some of the agents I did not want or ask them to contact the estate agents who then started to call me again. So as I had already been in contact with them you should not be entitled to any of their commission. (Emails available with dates etc.)I told the agent I have ASD and don't like lots of calls but carried on talking so my head fills up and don't really know what was said.
