Very useful information sent and contacts to 3 Estate Agents although one is not in the area we are searching to buy. All Estate Agents seem much more interested in giving a valuation of our current property rather than helping us to find the sort of small ground floor apartment or Bungalow in Pangbourne that we need to find first before selling as we can with reason buy before selling.

Had my house on the market for 3 months with no joy. Feeling very dissatisfied with my previous agent I just happened to come across get agent on Google. Spoke to a lovely knowledgeable gentleman and referred me to the top 3 estate agents in my area . Got two coming over tomorrow and hopefully I can sell my house soon .

the on line valuation is so far out its a joke. Other valuations are 100k above these jokers, in fact the house was bought above the upper estimate 6 years ago- and prices have risen for the past 5 years.

Online estimated valuations can vary from house to house when influential data points cannot be considered from the many factors that determine a market value. The valuation you received does however appear to be incorrect: we would be grateful if you could send us your address to homeowner@getagent.co.uk titled FAO: Dev (Valuation feedback), to help us improve our tool. After looking at GetAgent on line, they contacted me promptly. We had a good discussion about the best Estate Agents to use in my area. Mr O'Neil Rwehumbiza (the Client Services Executive) listened and took on board my greviances with our present Estate Agent and why we want to change. He gave some good informative advice which we will take on board.

Changed agent through this website but worse than before- no viewings whatsoever and no communication or updates or help. Just trying to get their commission for doing nothing -should have stayed with original one.
