Never used a site like this before, sold and bought many houses previously. Robyn was absolutely brilliant. Estate agents rang me within a few hours and sorted viewings almost immediately. Great service. Would totally recommend even with experience it doesn’t hurt to see percentages in an ever changing industry!

It was easy to select the service I was after and to receive information about 4 estate agents in the property area. Israel Adedokun followed up my enquiry and provided me with some very useful information to help me decide who to instruct and some helpful questions which I have used when each estate agent visited to appraise the property.

the estate agent has lost our business because of getagent, it looks like a website just giving information, they dont make it clear that they charge the estate agents 1/4% which means a 200k house has to sell for an extra £500 to cover their costs,they even tried to explain it off as just the same as an estate agent spending on flyers, the sales people ring up to pressure you into arranging valuations through them

Waste of time! I went with an agent through GetAgent as I was promised cashback. The agent was dreadful, not getting a sale across the line despite us accepting an offer within 2 weeks of hitting the market. They kept tugging us along the garden path to the point where we have wasted a year and still not moved. Oh, and no cashback either as that offer has been discontinued. Short answer, pick your own agent by showing as many as possible around your property.

Fill in their form and they hound you with calls even after telling them not to call again. Experienced this with two houses now and it’s the same pattern. It’s as bad as spam and even after blocking the number they call from a different number. It’s an online service, don’t pester your users!Just research agents and go direct to avoid the unsolicited phone calls.
