Hi Richard, I know we have spoken on the phone regarding this matter and you confirmed Abode had looked after you well during your tenancy with us. Unfortunately as we have a dispute over a cleaning deduction from your deposit, this has sadly left the end of your tenancy feeling negative. We are sorry for this, after our conversation I hope you feel that you have all the information to dispute the claim with the DPS and we can manage the dispute through the DPS.
