GoogleHow can I trust them to sell my house when they don't, or refuse to pay tradesmen for work carried out on the premises. Terrible way to treat small businesses

Thank You for your comments, as you will see the post has been removed as the invoice was sent to us on the 18th of January and we paid direct into his bank by 10am on the 19th of January so within 24Hrs. We ALWAYS pay our invoices on time and in FULL. Many Thanks Steve Hardaker M.D.

GoogleMy partner and I have been looking for a new home to rent for a while and recently had the joy of being shown a home by Chris McParland. He was so kind and helpful throughout the whole viewing. No question phased him and he really took the time to make sure we were as informed as possible. Hunting for a home is stressful but our expereince with Chris has actually re-energised me to keep looking. I can't praise him enough!

GoogleI recently let my property through the Your Move branch in Stirling. The Letting Manager, Chris, could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. He was very quick to respond to any queries and he managed to find me new tenants within 24 hours of the property going live. The company also has very good measures in place to ensure everyoneβs safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would highly recommend their services and I will definitely use them again in future.

GoogleStaff are all lovely and friendly, very helpful, having been in poor accommodation prior from renting off another estate agents, your move has been excellent in understanding my situation and helping me, whilst having the time and patience whilst i was trying to sort things out to move into my new property. Your move have been very responsive and have tried to help the best they can, giving regular updates, trying to find some kind of solution and ensuring the property is suitable to rent from so I am able to make it feel like a home.

GoogleAs a landlord, I highly recommend Your Move Stirling. Professional, efficient, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They absolutely stand out from their competitors. We met one of their agents, Chris, whilst looking for a buy to let and were so impressed by his knowledge and advice. We really trusted his opinion and advice. So much so that when we eventually purchased a buy to let we went back to your move, back to Chris, to use their landlord services and we have not been disappointed. Time and time again Chris (and the rest of the staff) has provided an excellent service and much needed advice. We recently had a tenant give notice, within 4 days of speaking to your move the flat had been re advertised, viewings completed and a new tenant found. What more could you ask for?! The process was simple, smooth and efficient. Whilst I had been hesitant to use landlord services over doing it myself I must admit that using your move has been a great decision and provided real value for money and I will Continue to use their services in the future. Massive thanks to the team for their services so far.

GoogleExcellent from start to finish! HOUSE SOLD IN 12 DAYS!!!! I'm quite a worrier at the best of times, but they took care of everything and guided me when I wasn't sure. Can't praise them enough, it was a stress free zone in my opinion. They were professional helpful and totally understanding at all times nothing was too much for them, a brilliant team and a credit to Rightmove.
