GoogleI moved in last november and it couldn't have been any easier with kevin and the team so welcoming and easy to talk to. Over this past year and the circumstances with covid I was worried about everything and being able to talk to kevin and with him reassuring with every phone call it's been wonderful staying in one of there properties. I couldn't ask for better people to deal with and long may it continue

GoogleThe most unprofessional and unhelpful agency in Stirling. No follow ups after raising an issue. The flat we moved into was filthy, lots of damages and stains everywhere that weren’t on the inventory. We made notes of these to be put into the inventory and after only spending less than 12 days in the flat our FULL deposit was tried to be taken off us for things that had been brought to their attention and ACCEPTED as part of the move in condition in the inventory. I will be advising any students I know to steer clear of Stirling Property Shop.

GoogleI've been with Stirling Property Shop since 2020. It has been a smooth and seamless experience throughout. Communication was easy and quick and the office was not far away. Whatever problems/questions we had, Kevin and the rest of the team would sort it out for us. Quick, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to rent in Stirling!

Googleabsolute con artists, will charge students £30 for damages not present on the property because they know its just small enough to not bother fighting. If you are a student avoid at all costs.

I just got shouted at, because I called to get an update on an enquiry I made with them two days ago. Spoken to and told off like I was a five year old. Even a child doesn’t deserve to be spoken too like that. I’m literally still shaking and in shock
