During this time we had absolutely no issues with the firm , they always managed problems and issues promptly and professionally. Great at first. However, upon leaving the property they all but stopped communicating with us and only responded once a formal complaint was threatened. This led to the MD Kevin Valentine writing bizarre late-night emails suggesting my neighbours and my pets didn't like me. So that is all you need to know about this operation. If you need to know more, just Google and read the numerous articles about the place.

GoogleThe team were amazing at the beginning and we got through the process pretty quickly. But the day came for me to get my keys. Started with them handing me money to go and get them a copy of the keys. Then when I actually got to the flat it was still cluttered with rubbish, dirt on walls, carpet in the bathroom, stains on living room carpet ect. When I put my complaint forward, I got asked to come to the office. They just said they would return my money and call it quits, rather than wanting to spend the money to fix up the property. For the ridiculously high price for the flat, you'd think it would be in living condition upon entering. Leaving me to find somewhere else to live asap with no help from themselves.

GoogleAbsolute horrendous communication, and customer service by Kevin and the Landlady. I was told numerous times I'd hear from her directly and never did. A week away from moving in, after being approved twice by the company and still waiting on the Landlady. I had mentioned a couple of issues such as grouting and floorboards that would need to be addressed but I was happy to go ahead and move into the property. Response to this was "My advise to you with regards to upgrades is to speak to the tenant currently living there as they have been happy with the condition. If you are looking for work to be done before you move in then it may be the wrong property for you" for a basic fix like grouting in the bathroom. To make matters worse after less than 24 hours of being approved for the place and I had mentioned the items above the response to me being rejected was: "I don’t think it was a particularly good idea to ask for upgrades to a flat when the current tenants had not complained."

I approached the team at Stirling Property shop with them being the "new boys" in town as i guessed the had nothing to loose and would have the drive and determination to give excellent service. The team have been OUTSTANDING. Never any issues, always get back to me within an hour should me or my tenant have any queries. GoogleUnfortunately the proprietor was not prepared to listen to issues regarding my student niece's problems with the unclean state of the property she had just taken on. I went down to try and see if someone could visit the tenancy/property and have a look...unfortunately was met with a very confrontational and unprofessional manner. Any questions you may have that do not suit their narrative, then you are asked to leave or he states he will call the police. In these covid times the idea of a student having to clear/clean up the previous tenants dirt is not acceptable. Thankfully Citizens advice are now involved and have been most helpful with advice as to how to proceed. if your young relatives are considering using this agency for students accomodation, I would not recommend.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Googlefirst time renting with stirling property shop and the process was straightforward an easy. No complications and they were very helpful with any enquiries we all had. Anything we emailed the agency about anything, they would respond as soon as possible. I had a few complications with rent due to starting a new job but kevin was brilliant, in providing me with different options that would best suit me and he was able to help me to feel less anxious about paying the rent.
