Shona, in particular, went above and beyond. She was always available and her patience, knowledge, guidance and wise counsel were key to building landlord confidence. I'd highly recommend Paul Rolfe for the professionalism they bring to the range of services they offer.

GoogleFully recommend Paul Rolfe as an agent for a property sale. Jack and Paul acted on our behalf for selling our flat in Causewayhead, Stirling. From the initial visit they were very friendly and professional providing all relevant information to smooth the process. They advised us on setting the flat up for viewing and then carried out the viewing themselves on each occasion. We were very happy with their hands on approach and their knowledge on all phases of the selling process. They facilitated the final negotiations which went without a hitch. All in all I would recommend using them for a personal touch and professional approach at all stages.

GoogleI decided to hand over the management of 2 rental properties to Paul Rolfe Lettings and the service has been outstanding in every way. Shona has dealt with everything from the beginning and her manner, knowledge and professionalism are second to none. She clearly knows the job inside out and gives me true peace of mind that my properties are in good hands. I had my concerns about using an agent after a previous experience, but I can honestly say the whole experience with Shona to date has been completely effortless, and in time I will be handing over another 2 properties. Anyone looking for management for their properties you won’t get a better service anywhere else!

GoogleI have recently started using Paul Rolfe as a letting agent for one of my flats and have received nothing but a first rate service from them. They are all lovely people who can instantly build a rapport with you. I felt like I had built a relationship with each of them after just one meeting. Shona, who I have mainly been dealing with is an expert on the lettings side and is a delightful human being. Shona’s communication is excellent! She keeps me informed every step of the way so I always know what is happening. I can not recommend Paul Rolfe highly enough if you are looking for some to manage the letting of your property. They are extremely professional whilst remaining personable. I constantly feel reassured that my property is in good hands with them and always feel valued as a customer. A better service you will not find!

GooglePaul Rolfe Estate Agents in Stirling manage a couple of rental properties I have. From the get go all members of staff who I’ve dealt with have been friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Shona Brown in particular has provided exemplary service. Her energy and can do attitude is infectious. She has been second to none in keeping me informed across the end to end letting process. I can’t emphasise how important this is and how often others fail to manage it! It really makes all the difference. Regarding identifying and securing tenants, Shona organised this for me quickly and efficiently and provided great advice throughout. Her soft skills are excellent and I can see that she strives to meet the needs and wants of everyone concerned in each letting scenario. I would highly recommend Paul Rolfe, Stirling to any landlords out there.
