GoogleCouldn’t ask for a better service from the team at Homes for you. I would definitely recommend to anyone selling their property to go with them. My flat had an offer after only 2 hours on the market which unfortunately fell through due to a rise in interest rates which couldn’t be helped. Fortunately a buyer was found a couple of weeks later thanks to their pro-active attitude.

Their knowledge, enthusiasm and knowledge of the market helped me so much, and every member of the team who I met was really welcoming, and made a stressful process seamless... The move got stalled due to lockdown, but thanks to them as soon as restrictions lifted they got us all moving again. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI come across Homes for you when I didn’t know where to start regarding rental. Connor sorted it out and explained it stage by stage. Nothing was too big. Even when I had 101 questions to ask it was never a bother. The customer service is outstanding & im so happy I picked Homes for you in stirling. Between Connor & Sue they are highly knowledgeable. I will also be recommending to all family and friends as I know how outstanding the service is.

Googlei rented my property out through homes4u and have just received the keys back as tennent has vacated the property i have never in my life seen damage like it theres no way the property has been looked after why do you pay 50.00 a month when you dont get your rent on time or you get it in instalments !!!!!!!!!! then they allow your property to be destroyed and expect you to accept it and pay them for the pleasure my advise dont let them get their hands on your property .

They then managed the sale of our property efficiently and effectively finding us a buyer and helping to liaise with the lawyers through a really difficult period with COVID-19. Really good service from start to finish as letting agent and estate agent. Would highly recommend them
