Sadly can't give a zero star or I would have given my first zero. Appalling from start to finish. Don't even seem to know what they're doing. When I next remortgage, if the lender chooses this firmer the legals I will without a shadow of a doubt chose a different lender!

Terrible experience in remortgaging. I would rather pay for my own solicitor than take the free legals my provider offered if they were to suggest AC again. Nothing but stress, delays, confusion, and costs for us. Appalling from a large company. Avoid.
