We had a great experience with Kalm Estate Agents. Linzi was very professional and friendly and really informative throughout the whole process of selling our house. She took wonderful pictures of our home and our house sold for more than what we expected. Although the whole process was stressful, Linzi made everything go smoothly and we would highly recommend using Kalm Estate Agents!

Absolutely wonderful estate agents. Linzi and her team were professional but also lovely people. They dealt with my mum's estate and kept us informed along the way. They sold the house within weeks. I would highly recommend them

I’ve been dealing with Kalm Estate agents as I’m on the search for a new property and I cannot fault them at all! Their communication is top tier and I really feel like they are dealing with me as an individual, taking time to explain different areas I’m not familiar with and generous with their time and input during viewings! Amy and Gaye have both been fab and I really hope to find a property through them simply because I’d love to work with them some more!

Linzi provided an excellent service. To start the process she helped us price our property sensibly to sell and took beautiful photographs which showed the best of our house. She arranged viewings efficiently and gave good feedback. Once we found a buyer she helped us negotiate over price and was honest and fair. Kalm provide an efficient personal service and we would thoroughly recommend them. I don’t normally write reviews but have no hesitation in this case.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kalm Estate Agents, and I cannot express enough how positive and seamless my experience was, particularly with Linzy, who guided me through the viewing process. From the outset, the team at Kalm demonstrated a commitment to transparency and sincerity that set them apart. Linzy, in particular, was incredibly helpful and ensured that the viewing process was not only smooth but also tailored to my specific needs and preferences. Linzy's professionalism and genuine interest in my requirements made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. She provided valuable insights about the property, answered all my questions with clarity, and demonstrated a level of expertise that instilled confidence in my decision-making.

Linzi made my whole selling experience fast, easy and stress free. I was really worried about each step but Linzi was on hand whenever I needed, if it was for reassurance or help with the process. After sitting down with plenty of different estate agents before selling my house, Linzi really stood out to me and she was definitely the best choice! Thank you Linzi!

I can't praise KALM highly enough, our house sale was expertly & professionally navigated by Linzi, who has in depth knowledge of the local area and businesses. Unlike other local estate agents, KALM has extended hours, which was very useful. This availability, together with great communication skills, and initiative on many ways of searching out buyers helped achieve a straightforward, fast, effective sale. So glad we used KALM.

We recently purchased our first house and we had a very good experience. This was largely thanks to the team at Kalm - very professional, patient, providing regular updates without prompting. All of this gave us peace of mind and reassurance that the process is handled professionally and by people with experience and whom we could fully trust, which is really what all that one can wish for. Would recommend their services.

Linzi recently sold our flat was very friendly and professional throughout and knowledgeable on the local area and housing market. She got us a good price on our flat and had an excepted offer within 3 weeks of the flat being up for sale. She always responded very quickly to any questions and was always available. I would highly recommend and would use Kalm estate agents again.

Wow - If Carlsberg did Estate Agents.... Linzi is so knowledgeable and easy to deal with. She dealt swiftly and effectively with the 4 offers we had on the table and achieved the best outcome in a short timescale. We were able to contact her in the evenings and weekends and she liaised with the solicitors on both sides throughout the process. She ensured that the whole process was as smooth as it could be and has the patience of a saint.

Linzi was a breath of fresh air. We were taken through each process at the start with clear information. Her photography skills are amazing and the photos did the cottage justice, by taking the time to also capture the beautiful surroundings of the cottage. Communication was very good and we were well informed from start to finish. Brenda, Donna and George

Everyone please be careful dealing with this company only 1 person works for them and shes very unprofessional, she has completely lied to me multiple times about bids on the house so i put a higher bid and i found this out because she sent an email with the conversation of other customers, when i confronted her about this she started crying and apologising over the phone and still denying everything even though i saw everything with my own eyes and is still trying to make me pay the highest price possible. Don't deal with this estate agent, complete mess and they don’t even have an office to go to, just one woman that works from home.
