Simply OUTSTANDING!!!! Linzi was amazing with selling our house . Her empathy and realness was everything. The contact and keeping us in the loop was so great on our journey of selling. I have young children and she was so understanding and just gets it. I would never EVER sell my house with anyone else, if I ever move again.. Linzi and Jo went above and beyond. I have worked with a number of estate agents in my time to both buy and sell houses. Kalm estate agents are second to none. I knew from the minute I connected with them that this is the estate agents that I wanted to buy a house with. Then the right house came up and it became reality. They are always at the end of the phone when needed. Such a friendly, professional and personable manner. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with Linzi and her team. I initially met Linzi for an EPC. At that time I was undecided on letting out or selling my property and we ended up on an impromptu conversation about my options. Linzi was friendly, informative and patient - she put me at ease and I knew I would be reaching out to her once I made a decision. The process of getting my property on the market was seamless, quick and I was kept informed at all times. And it must be said that unlike other estate agents, Kalm Estate Agents are *not* at all pushy and this something I greatly appreciate.

Very disappointed with the experience. My wife and I arranged a property viewing with high expectations based on what we were promised, but unfortunately the estate agent did not stand by their word. The whole process was frustrating and poorly handled, and it ended with my wife in tears due to how let down we felt. Clear communication and honesty go a long way, and sadly that was missing here. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

My experience with Kalm Estate Agents was extremely disappointing. For more than two months, I was repeatedly given assurances that things would be sorted “today” or “tomorrow.” Unfortunately, these promises were never fulfilled. The information I was given turned out to be inaccurate on multiple occasions, and I felt completely misled. As a result of the delays and lack of transparency, I have lost more than £6,000. This has caused serious financial stress and frustration. I also struggled to get clear confirmation about their office location, which added to my concerns. Overall, I found the communication unreliable and the service highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure everything is confirmed in writing.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Kalm Estate Agent, specifically with Andy. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Over the past six months, I have lost more than £10,000 due to his repeated lies and unresponsiveness. He consistently failed to answer my calls and left me with no explanations regarding crucial matters. As a result, I had to stay in an Airbnb, which only added to my frustrations. I truly don't understand how an agent like him can continue to operate in this industry without accountability. I strongly advise against using Kalm Estate Agent and recommend considering high street agents instead. I genuinely believe you'll be grateful for the decision. and I hope this helps you in your future property dealings. After reviewing several testimonials, it seems a recurring issue is present, customers feeling misled and unsatisfied with the support provided. I believe it’s essential for the company to take responsibility for these issues rather than blame the customers. It would greatly help in restoring faith in your business if you could address these concerns more transparently. I really wish I could give Kalm more than 5 stars! As first time buyers who went through 2 failed house purchases prior, we were naturally nervous and on edge with new viewings and the buying process. When it came to viewing a property with Kalm, i was pleasantly surprised with how informed the agent (Linzi) was about the house! She even went up into the loft to show us the insulation! We immediately fell in love with the house, we put in an offer and it was accepted within an hour! Linzi, went above and beyond for us, she was always available via phone or email and we managed to view the property 3 times before exchange! Being nervous buyers, I can only imagine how pestering we were however, Linzi was only ever kind, patient and helpful. We get the keys to our first home on Monday, and we’re so glad that Kalm were the agents, it’s been such a happy and pleasant process. We couldn’t recommend Kalm enough.
