David was an extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the property and area and was always on hand and accommodating when we needed to re-look at the property or with any questions throughout the transaction. Don't waste your time with a national company speak to Chandler's and get the service you really want and need. David visited us often, was always reachable quickly and gave us genuine honest advice. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and needed quite a bit of guidance, and he was always patient, clear, and helpful. He was easy to reach whether by phone or email and always took the time to explain things properly. They were also quick with updates, which made the whole process feel smooth and less stressful. GoogleWe used David to sell our property in late 2025. David's communication was fantastic throughout and, having viewed houses that he was also selling, his attention to detail when trying to sell the property is something that sets him apart. You get a real personal feel and that he understands your requirements and attends to them - rather than just trying to flip the house as quickly as possible to get the payment in. We don't plan on moving again soon, but if we did - I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Google******First class Estate Agent***** Having already dealt with several local estate agents previously we can highly recommend Chandlers. We found their approach refreshing, honest & professional. James communicated & guided us through each step of what was a very quick sale after a bumpy & stressful year with other estate agents. GoogleI cannot recommend Dave at Chandlers more highly. Our very long moving process (from the chain above) was made much more possible with his help. At all stages he kept me informed and managed to keep our first buyers from offer until we exchanged 6/7 months later.
