Barry was extremely helpful, always available when we needed him, and went far beyond his remit to help us with our purchase also when parts of this became complicated. GoogleWell where do I begin with Butler Residential…without hesitation 100% I would recommend this company. Communication, professionalism,attention to detail, patience, going above & beyond what I feel an estate agent should do, you feel safe under their umbrella, they have a wealth of knowledge, they are calm & provide a high level of support when needed. If a house sale is particularly challenging they will not be phased with their eye firmly fixed on the end goal of selling your property but also bearing in mind that there are human beings involved & you are not just another number on their books. Both Barry & Liam are a credit to themselves & can be proud of the effective team they make.

GoogleWe sold our home through Burtlers in the recent difficult climate of property market!. From the initial visit to my home , I knew I will use their services because the advice started from the best time the property will be listed to taking the right photos of the property.It was flawless service. I thought that was a good service already at this point , then they went beyond and above to ensure viewing was conducive by arranging block bookings . I was updated regularly in a timely manner and property was sold within 2 weeks! However I dont think will could have completed the sale if it wasn't for their delligence as we had a bad experience with Solicitors. Amazing customer service Very experienced and personable team. Making your experience the best they can without all the usual "spiel" and unachievable promises. They are trustworthy and professional, you definitely won't be disappointed.
