Good Evening Debbie. We are sorry we were unable to resolve this situation, unfortunately there seemed to be a mix up with times as we had you booked in for 12pm not 11am on the day. My colleague Laura did try and accommodate you due to the mix up but as you can appreciate these things happen and we did try and sort the situation out as best we could. Hi Jingleboy. Unfortunately with 'help to buy' there is a lot more legal work to be done thus the extra cost. Did someone point you in the direction of another Solicitor that could carry out the work? You'll find that all Solicitors will charge extra when it comes to 'help to buy' purchases as opposed to standard legal purchases due to the extra work incurred.
