The quality of service offered and executed by Gillespie properties was outstanding. Everything was taken care of, process explained and made simple, whilst making you feel like you were a priority. All services were carried out timeously. My property sold within 5 days of going on the market and i have no doubt this was down to Gillespie Properties, in particular, Les. Les was personable and kept us up to date every step of the way. All in all, a wonderful experience and would use them again if i was to ever sell my property!

We used Gillespie Property to sell a flat for us. They took charge of everything from advice on what to do to present the flat, and kept us fully in the loop on progress with the sale. Les Baird was superb and set up all the viewings and arranged for all the photography. We had no concerns about progress and they even helped us get a lawyer during the process. I met Ross Gillespie once when I was in dropping off keys and he couldn't have been more welcoming. Really positive experience throughout.

We used Gillespie Property when selling our home earlier this year. Ross & John were great - so professional and answered all the questions we had easily. House went on the market quickly, and had numerous viewings within days. Our house sold within a week. They were pretty spot on with their valuation, although still managed to get us a little extra! Nothing was a hassle for them, they sorted absolutely everything and were always contactable. Would absolutely recommend them and think they are excellent value for money. We met with a few other estate agents, but Ross was the stand out winner for us.
