GoogleVery difficult estate agents to deal with. I was interested in a second viewing of a property & asked for a quick viewing (at a property 10 minutes away from their office) & they told me I needed to wait 4 days. The property was sitting empty. Made me question whether I even wanted to rent a property management by this lettings agency. I would very carefully consider any property you see being advertised by this company. Not worth the hassle! Obviously not very customer friendly & terrible sales approach!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, it isn't always whether the property is empty that dictates when we can do a viewing, but whether we have any staff available who can come out. We did attend a first viewing for you at quite short notice last week, but due to pre-booked appointments were unable to offer a second viewing until later on this week. We now understand your desperation so are sorry we couldn't do this any sooner.
We're sorry that you feel we should have made greater arrangements to accommodate your needs for an immediate viewing, but as a small, family run agency, we can't always be completely flexible to demands, even with properties that are in the next town over from our office.

GoogleContacted the office to enquire about my house I wanted to put on the market. I spoke to someone called “Sion” unbelievably rude. Not sure why he just took an attitude with me, or for what reason. I won’t get into detail but what an extremely unpleasant member of staff. Luckily I’ve found a fantastic agency a few miles away. I certainly would not recommend or ever wish to deal with you again in the future.
