I viewed two properties with Russell, he was very knowledgeable about the history of both properties and the set up of the property itself. Always extremely quick to reply to any queries I had and very good at keeping me calm throughout the process!! GoogleMy partner and I both had flats to sell and we chose to use Russell and Mark due to having a very good experience with them in the past. They were realistic in their pricing of the flats and worked hard to get viewings and convert the viewings into offers. Neither of the sales were straightforward, mine in particular due to complications with the freehold. They were patient, professional and went above and beyond to get the sale completed in what was a very frustrating process for everyone. We were also looking to buy a new house at the same time and coincidentally viewed other properties they had for sale. We viewied over 15 properties with different agents and both Mark and Russell were the most professional of them all, knowing the answers to all our questions and painting the properties in the best possible (but honest) light. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future.

GoogleFrom our first viewing, Mark and Russell were amazing. As first-time buyers, we were feeling our way in the home buying process and they helped at every point. Where some estate agents we dealt with were very much on the side of the seller, we never felt like Russell or Mark were trying to rush or pressure us. They dealt with all our questions promptly and communication was excellent throughout. Thanks again both.

GoogleRussell recently sold our house for us. I have known him some years and always found him approachable, knowledgeable and very capable. He has a wealth of experience within his field, a true professional. Both he and Mark took time to acquaint themselves with the house and I think were able to show it to the best advantage. He was always on hand to provide feedback and I never felt that anything was too much trouble for either of them. Selling, or purchasing a house is an anxious time and it requires dealing with people that you can trust. Russell fulfils this role very well. He is a man of his word. GoogleWhere do I begin? What an amazing company! Ewemove are excellent and should be everyone’s first port of call for selling your home! Our house had been up with multiple estate agents within a 2-year period with no movement. All estate agents boasted of how they were the best and could “sell our house like that”. It is safe to say they could not, and that they did not have a patch on Ewemove. With every agent after the initial 3-month agreement period we would receive a phone call to say that our price needed to be lowered so they could sell it. It came to a point where we were fed up of being told the same thing over and over again and that is when we met Mark at Ewemove Stapleford and Sandiacre. Straight from the outset it was obvious that Ewemove was a completely different estate agents to the rest. Mark was honest and told us the real market value of our property (which was the figure that we sold it for) and explained everything so we knew where we stood from the start. He cared and took the time to come to our house look around and write a detailed description and take professional looking photographs which looked amazing on the website. When it came to the viewings, he handled them all, as in his words “It is my job to sell your house, not yours”. Within three weeks our house was sold. I wish we had put our house on the market with Ewemove to begin with. The care, professionalism and service that we received was second to none, and we felt confident selling our home through them. Marks professional, friendly and caring approach renewed our faith in estate agency. Thank you Mark, you really are a one in a million.
