We were really pleased with knight west service. We sold our apartment as soon as it was put on the market. Unfortunately our sale wasn’t quite as simple and we almost arrived to a point where we were thinking of drop everything and give up, but thanks to Sammy and the team we were able to exchange just in time and we are now living in our dream house. Sammy was always really reassuring, professional and even patient when dealing with us and bent over backwards to ensure that we arrived to a completion date in time. We couldn’t recommend knight west enough. Thank you for all your help.

What an absolutely first class service! I'm not easily impressed but Sammy and Lewis went above and beyond to provide a level of service and professionalism rarely seen these days... and I wasn't even paying them! (sellers agent). The first two purchases fell through unfortunately, but every time our house has been marketed, it was sold straight away with each open day. Well, what can I say about Knight West… From the off, the politeness and professionalism from Matt carrying out the initial viewing, quote and photos was faultless. The Sales side was lead by Lewis, again, very professional and always in contact. Outstanding, Brilliant Service. Very rare to find these days. The team at Knight Residential were just brilliant. From start to finish. Not only did they find me the perfect buyer, and it was sold on the first viewing, they also negotiated the sale price to perfection. The sales progression was handled by Faye meticulously and she literally worked all hours to get things done. Practically did all the solicitors work for them. Chasing up the chain and keeping myself and my buyer fully informed. I'm a mortgage broker so I know how all of this works and without Faye's continuous daily efforts, the whole chain could have easily fallen apart due to the deadlines set by the developer I was buying from. They even found us removals when I couldn't. I will always recommend them to all of my clients and honestly they were pivotal in my move. I've never known an Estate Agency that's so brilliant. Thank you all, for making this happen. Myself and my buyer are very happy.

When we decided to sell our home it was a real heart felt moment! Choosing our Estate agents was the next challenge, I wanted to be around a company that had compassionate staff and still professional. I can honestly say that from meeting Matthew at our valuation, to the many phone calls to keep things moving smoothly with Lewis. We then ran into some problems days before completion, although this was to no fault of these guy's, it was a joint effort between Lewis and David to get things back on track.
