I should have went with Knight Residential from the start to sell my house. After 8 weeks with no viewings, I asked Matt to place my house one the market with Knight’s. Wishing a few days, we had multiple viewings and an offer made and excepted. Matt then passed me over to Lorraine, who knew we had a quick turnaround needed of 6 weeks. Lorraine went above snd beyond, not that she would ever say she did. Each week she would make contact to provide updates, she would work with the buyer and our solicitors to ensure a swift smooth sale. Lorraine is now selling my letting property and everything again is going just as smoothly as. I would recommend Knight Residential, not just to sell, but to provide expert advice, guidance and if I were to purchase, let or sell again, I would not hesitate to go direct to Knight’s. Thank you.

She was also fantastic on completion day and really made us feel like we had achieved something big. Would thoroughly recommend Knight Residential. We recently bought our first home through them and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Even with some bumps in the road, Lorraine went above and beyond constantly chasing everyone in the chain and updating us on everything. The whole team at Knight Residential were brilliant from the get go. We had a very emotional journey made so much easier by David and the team. When David and Matt visited my Fathers home to market he gave a very personal, relatable and caring touch, he made us feel very at ease, even doing my Dads puzzle with him. Lorraine further eased the stresses that we came into along the way and again I felt a very friendly personal touch from her, nothing was ever too much trouble, and sometimes just a friendly chat on the phone was all that was needed. Everything about this company gets a 5 star rating from us. We have had one of the hardest journeys in selling our property, but are so glad we chose Knight to be the agent working on our behalf. They were fair with the valuation, got excited and showed enthusiasm with the property, which in turn gave us the confidence in them being able to sell it. Communication was amazing from all staff and we were kept up to date weekly with the sales progression. We have experienced communication issues with previous agents with calls/emails not being returned. Knight always answered right away or if someone was unavailable returned the call shortly after. I can highly recommend David and his team and can honestly say, will not go wrong with these guys.

I've just completed on the purchase of a property and received excellent service from Knight Residential during the whole process. I was in a chain and had the complication of selling a leasehold property first so there were a few delays during the conveyancing process but Bradley and Faye were awesome in terms of managing the relationship between myself and the seller. He was very professional but also followed through on all of his promises. Excellent buying and selling process from start to finish. Not an easy ride (we lost 2 of our buyers) but Knight West pulled out the stops to find us new buyers and keep the sale moving forwards as quickly as possible. It was a particularly challenging purchase for a number of reasons, however Sammy at knight west was fantastic in ensuring the deal got across the line. Great experience with Knight West! Matt was thoroughly professional from the outset, giving us a good but achievable valuation, backed up by excellent marketing material and photos. We had ten viewings and two offers of the asking price within the first week, one of which we obviously accepted, thanks to Matt's professional support and negotiations. My Husband has been dealing with Toby at Knight west since June this year in regards to a purchase which is finally completing this week, it hasn’t been straight forward and at times has been extremely stressful for us both but Toby has been absolutely amazing and all the staff when we have called up. They answer emails and phone calls promptly and have always been there to help. Can not recommend them more, we have purchased and sold a few properties now and must say these estate agents and the most professional that we have dealt with.
