Also, a brand new 5 bed, 5 bath house will dwarf the property shortly. 2 prospective purchasers have already spoken to neighbours when they visited the site - and they had not been told about these very material facts. No wonder Estate Agents get a poor name.

Thank you for your review but everyone has been informed of the new build that is being built, and no one has attended the property without us as we are very security conscious and never give out a full address until the viewing is booked. And it has not put off the new buyers of the bungalow.
I have checked our system and cannot find that you have viewed or even enquired please call us to discuss further.
As a newly established business our google reviews mean a lot to us, so to receive a 1 star review from someone who has not been in contact with us is very disappointing.
