Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. A huge thank you to Ted, who was exceptional throughout. Ted kept me informed at every stage, chased things up when needed, and was always available to answer questions or offer reassurance. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’d also like to mention Peter and Joe, who were both fantastic. The whole team worked seamlessly together, showing great communication and professionalism from start to finish.

Start to finish - incredible service from Peter and his team! From the initial visit and professional photos to the ongoing support and communication, everything was superb. Buying a home really highlights how little choice buyers have when it comes to estate agents. You ultimately have to go with whichever agent the seller has chosen. We’ve just completed on our dream home, unfortunately not through Peter Cuffaro, but if we’d had the choice, we would have moved our purchase there without hesitation. During our search, I must have spoken with at least 50 estate agents and viewed a huge number of properties. Out of all of them, Joe at Peter Cuffaro stood out by far as the best estate agent we came across. He was proactive, genuinely listened to what we were looking for, and offered helpful advice exactly when it was needed. What really set Joe apart was that he wasn’t pushy, he simply understood what we wanted and kept in touch with properties that genuinely matched our criteria. Unlike many agents who promise to keep you in mind and never follow up, or who flood your inbox with irrelevant listings, Joe consistently sent thoughtful, suitable options and stayed engaged throughout our search. He is truly a credit to the agency. Even though we didn’t end up buying through Peter Cuffaro, I felt compelled to come back and leave this review just to recognise the outstanding service we received from Joe. If we’re ever in a position to sell in the future, Peter Cuffaro would be our first choice, purely because of him. Wishing Joe all the best for the future!

Peter and Ted made our whole moving experience so easy. Peter negotiated on our behalf with our buyer and also with the estate agent who we were purchasing from. He chased solicitors on all sides of our sale giving regular updates of how far though the process we were. Ted handled all the showings and did an amazing portfolio of pictures with interactive video. Goes way above and beyond We're currently in a chain which involves Peter Cuffaro, he is not our estate agent but working for one of the home owners earlier in the chain. If it wasn't for Peter this chain would have collapsed weeks ago, he's amazing. Takes a personal interest in seeing everything through and keeps the communication alive even though it isn't his problem to keep us in the loop he takes time out to talk to us and explain what's going on when we call him. I am incredibly pleased with the service we received from Peter Cuffaro Estate Agents for our recent home purchase. The home buying process can be daunting and stressful, but I can honestly say Pete and the team were fantastic. Our experience with Peter Cuffaro has been nothing short of incredible. From the outset Peter and his team were so knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, warm and found us a house which checked off the majority of our wish-list. The breath of experience was evident from our first viewing, Peter was able to help us visualise the space as if we had already moved in due to how much he knew about the property, and gave us helpful suggestions throughout. There is a bungalow next to me for sale. Peter Cuffaro are sending prospective buyers to look at it whilst neglecting to mention the 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house which is going to be built in what used to be the garden of the bungalow. Construction traffic and later residential traffic will be passing within 3 or 4 feet of the living room window. Light will be cut and there will be no more than a few feet between the houses. This is dishonest and misrepresentation. Do better.
