GoogleI was going to give them no stars but unfortunately I have no option for that. I’ve been dealing with the team since 2 weeks. In fact, after I signed my agreement and everything was done, the contract disappeared for whatever reasons and I’m still unable to reach them. The whole last weeks I’m calling them, at first they don’t bother to attend to the call so the main office call center will pick it up and register your callback request ( which might never happen in your lifetime) and if they pick up the call they will tell you the agent who’s dealing with your contract is not available. What kind of company and service is this, I called them more than 50 times. Don’t bother to rent a property for them, they might not care about customer service Becuase they think the market is hot, but I ask all the landlords to not advertise their properties through such irresponsible teams.

GoogleAntonio Faria was my agent when I was looking for a flat. I’ve never dealt with an agent so professional and patient, he did his job very well and because of that I live in a nice flat in a great neighbourhood, I can’t thank him enough.

GoogleThey seem to have little regard for landlords or the assets they’re entrusted to handle. The lack of responsibility, organization, and professionalism is truly shocking. Communication is virtually nonexistent; emails go unanswered, and no one seems to know what’s happening with critical details like property keys. This has been the most unprofessional letting agency I’ve ever dealt with, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them.
