Please if you are leasing a property do not use JOHN COTTIS Estate Agency.

If you are considering leasing a property, I strongly advise against using JOHN COTTIS Estate Agency. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing, and I believe you will regret choosing this agency. JOHN COTTIS Estate Agency prioritizes the landlord's interests due to their long-standing relationships. I rented a two-bedroom flat and maintained it in immaculate condition. However, when it was time to return my deposit, the agency sided with the landlord's unfounded accusations. Despite my offer to return and clean the highlighted areas, which were minor and petty, the agency refused. It is clear that they support the landlord's efforts to take advantage of tenants. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough that you should avoid leasing any property from JOHN COTTIS Estate Agency. I am only giving one star because I cannot post without selecting a star, but honestly, I would give them zero stars.

Recently sold my home through John Cottis, stanford le hope. Couldn't recommend them enough, quick and efficient in listing the sale and helped in every possible way, always updated regularly and helped push things along with the solicitors who love to drag their feet!! We have received a first class service from beginning to end in relation to the selling of our property. The staff within this office have gone above and beyond and have very much taken away a lot of the stress that goes with buying and selling a property. My husband and I can not thank them enough for all the guidance, help and support they have given us throughout the process. We would certainly recommend them to friends and family. If anyone is are looking for a team of people who are dedicated and polite and are on hand to help whenever they are needed look no further than John Cottis.

Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service. Organised a viewing for a property. Went onto the website regarding the house to see it has now been let. Rang this agency to be told it has now been let. Just to be told sorry you should have been informed. The curtious thing to do would be to let all people view that were booked in, then make a choice. Unfair process. Dont go through this agency. Only care about themselves.
