Just been to view a flat with my daughter and her boyfriend and got to say john cottis need to be done for miss representation ive never seen such hell hole windows in secure no handle lettig agent said its ok its quite secure around here, so not a problem place was riddled with damp and mould really cant belive they use pictures to trap people into.thinking its a habitable property, and tell you they got a list of people waiting to view it, not suitable to house rats should be ashamed of showing people around it And to top.it off the fella said they managed the property, well i suggest you sort out your property maintenance company you use and use someone that knows what they are doing

I have been using John Cottis for a few years now as letting agents for a flat I rent out and have always had a great experience with them. They have all the benefits of a local independent outfit, a knowledgeable, straightforward & professional and yet friendly team led by Steve. Rarely have I needed to contact them, but when I do the phone is always answered and email always replied to. I have have full faith in them the advise me if anything needs to be done to keep compliant as a landlord which is great for me not to have to worry. For the quality of service & peace of mind the fees are excellent value for money. They are the perfect partner for me who wants to be a hands off landlord & would highly recommend them. Additionally I would say they are great estate agents too, as I bought my current property through them (how I came across them). No slimy tactics, just professionalism and honesty that let to a smooth and relatively stress free completion

My personal experience using John Cottis was excellent. I found all the staff to be very professional and they gave invaluable advice. From the photo marketing to the way in which they conducted the visits, all very respectful of the property and client requirements. They also gave very good advice to ensure the best price was achieved on the property and helpful advice during the process when a couple of curveballs were thrown. Mel and the office staff were extremely helpful throughout. I would have no hesitation in using John Cottis again and would highly recommend.
