Avoid this company like the plague! I went for a viewing of a bungalow and when the young man turned up he could not answer a single question put to him.He then left with his notes on a promise I would get a phone call but guess what ? Nothing.I called the office the next week to be told my offer I put in was not good enough and promised I would get a return call to answer all my questions.Yet again I had no response at all.I feel sorry for anyone trying to sell there house through Minors and Brady as they don't do what's necessary to answer questions put to them or just can not be bothered.Avoid Avoid Avoid disgraceful company.

It wasn’t Cassandra At Minor’s and Brady was always on the ball and chased both the solicitor's relentlessly , I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t without hiccups ( from my bank and the covenant put on the building ) but Cassandre delt with it all and took it in her stride , I can’t than them enough

GoogleHaving recently purchased a house through Minors and Brady, I was very impressed by Claire, who rang every week to update me and, towards the end of the process, was instrumental in ensuring completion happened in a timely manner. It made the whole process very easy for me and I appreciated being kept informed. The “New Home” card and bottle of wine that came with the keys were a pleasant surprise too! I would happily recommend this estate agent.

Had 2 dealings with Minors and Brady now, when we bought our first property and now we're on the verge of moving up to our next property. Joe showed us round 3 properties in a day back to back, he was helpful, friendly and knew about each property we were looking at. He's only just starting out but we hope he goes far, and he will if he continues as he's started.
