Landlord Experience Find the right tenant and going through the letting process is not easy. This is my second time of letting my property with Minors and Brady and all staff have been helpful and informative. Dealing with issues following a check out has been very stressful and even though I did not have a full management contract they have been extremely helpful. I would especially mention Samuel Carpenter whose support, advise and help has been invaluable

The sale itself was not always straightforward but a good standard of professionalism was maintained throughout and they were very accommodating with arranging access when requested, which was important to us as we do not live in the area. From the very start, they failed. Lied about not being able to upload the measurements because of a failed app, when in fact the guy who came round to give his estimate, said he would send someone round to do the measurements. The sign never arrived as promised, 3 week later a dirty sign appeared on the ground in the front garden, because he could get the pole in the ground. I cleaned the sign, got my own post and secured it to the wall. They no sooner put the house on the market, then the staff from different offices were asking us to reduce the price! One of the male staff, from the Wroxham Branch, was arrogant, rude and condescending, overall we we're treated as though we no idea how to sell a house. This being our 15 house.Weeks later we had to ask for the Brochure which was promised just after the details and photographs were done, it arrived in a tatty envelope, but then had to pay Royal Mail the extra, as Minors and Brady failed to put the correct postage on the package. The excuses and lies continued, even suggesting that a drive by couple had made an offer without looking at the property. Minors and Brady couldn’t give names or an approximate place where they came from.It seemed they took turns from different offices, who would call with a weekly report, which in the end, we neither believed or had any trust in them to sell our property, we took it off the market as a result.

GoogleThe service from Minors and Brady has been excellent. M&B have been helping me to sell a property for a few months now and have worked diligently throughout to ensure viewing were planned and managed. After every viewing the follow up was prompt and thorough. I was impressed that I was advised in cases were the potential buyer had not provided feedback (nothing to report), this made sure we were never wondering what was going on. Once it became clear a sale wsn't possible in the current climate, the rental department took over and the standard of service and support was just as outstanding as the sales departments. Secial mention to the M&B team members Samuel Carpenter and the whole team at Unthank Road.

Positive approach. Went with this EA as new and had read some reviews around performance. In the process of selling now. Sold within time frame, always wanting to refresh and get us to the top of listing which helped. Used AI to furnish our home as was empty this was positive as buyers came and looked as could imagine what it could be. Looking forward to another family enjoying our home.
