We’ve had our share of estate agents who are there to open the door only. Elle is always knowledgeable about the house, knows how to “sell” the house, the area and it’s always a pleasure to have viewings with her. She’s the standard I would expect from any estate agent.

GoogleReally happy with how easy the guys at Minors and Brady made the sale of our house. House was on the market for just over a week before we got a buyer and they took care of everything for us. Jamie Laville was the agent who completed everything for us and was always in contact to let us know how things were progressing, he was excellent. Joe was lovely when showing us around a potential property. He didn't make us feel rushed like some other agencies and was honest and helpful. The property wasn't for us in the end, but he was kind and friendly and would happily recommend him to other for viewings.

Waited a week to view a house ,booked viewing then day before they cancelled it ,only to say we could view one night in the week in the dark ,as Adam is too busy.Really not impressed as we have just about sold our house and needed to make a decision on this property and a new build.

She made sure to explain things that solicitors just whizz past, which meant that I felt included and informed during the process. GoogleReally impressed with Minors and Brady, after having a VERY bad experience with a certain company with oddly coloured bricks we decided to bring on another agent. Was the best decision we made when selling our house, Curtis was our first introduction and he was a very friendly and informative guy who put our concerns at ease. All of the agents who did the viewings were knowledgeable, friendly and organised, if there ever was an issue we would always be informed swiftly. Abi was always at the end of the phone to acknowledge and resolve our concerns, a very different experience to other estate agents. Even through to the point of sale agreed she has assisted with getting the solicitors in line and hasn't forgotten about us after the sale was agreed. Could not recommend these guys enough!
