We used Minors and Brady to sell my dad's house. From the start they have been amazing thank you. But the star for us has to be Aysegul, in the Sales Progressor side. She has been amazing and has gone above and beyond to help my dad and myself with every part of the sale from chasing up everyone daily. Aysegul is great asset to Minors and Brady. She's a peach. Thanks everyone again. Very highly recommended from all of us.

Myself and my husband bought our first home together through Minors & Brady 4 years ago, they were so helpful and kept us updated. Earlier this year, we decided to sell our home through Minors & Brady due to a growing family. We knew we wanted to sell our home through Minors & Brady as we had a really positive experience from them throughout our buying process, our current home was sold quite quickly. Cassandra Creek kept us updated through the process weekly and she was very understanding, it was very helpful to have updated weekly. Many thanks to Cassandra and all at Minors & Brady for all of your help. We are very much looking forward to move into our new home with our new growing family.

GoogleExcellent service! Our first time buying process has gone so smoothly so far and we couldn’t be more happier with the service we have received from minors and Brady at Wroxham. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful and our experience of buying our first home has been a lot less stressful than we thought! Lee Mortier has been amazing at being so responsive to our emails and keeping us in the loop, we have had no waiting around to hear back or having to chase anything which has been great!! 😊

Karol Wengrzik was great with the process of putting the place on the market, being knowledgeable and a treat to deal with. Jess has done a fantastic job with our house purchase. She has always made sure she is available and communicates in a clear and concise manor. I have felt that Jess has gone above and beyond for us at times, often covering shortcomings from the solicitor and she has always made sure things get done! I would definitely recommend Jess and the Minors & Brady team to a friend. I know they often say when you're buying a house that the estate agent works for the seller and not the buyer, but I have absolutely not found this to be the case and am overall very pleased with the service we have received.

Very polite and helpful staff in the Sales dept. Cassandra Creak was enormously helpful with a very difficult move. The 5 stars is for the Sales team. Sadly, we didn't have such a good experience with the Letting team. The place we rented from them had numerous problems, some of which were never fixed, including a nasty slug problem in the kitchen and bathroom. They are not flexible with the date you give a month's notice. Because of the date we gave notice, we are having to pay a further month's rent. Renters beware!!!

As house sales go, this was great and very quick given the market. Liam and Matthew who I initially spoke with about using Minors and Brady were self assured and plain speaking, what a refreshing change for estate agents! No hard sell, just facts and the right amount of follow up.I knew what I wanted and had been watching the market avidly so didn't need much guidance, but they were reassuring and facilitated my needs very well. Just the right service.The service after choosing Minors and Brady was also exemplary. Rosie Turkey was efficient, thorough and very warm. Which was very welcome given the reasons for my sale. Everything was clearly explained and made easy. I would happily buy or sell with them again. In fact I'd be very likely to seek them out!Thank you all. After a bereavement full of difficult times and challenging companies to deal with, you provided a welcome and kind service.

From the outset, i was impressed by Minors and Brady's "Go To Market" strategy, rather than others.. show up and wait for the market to come to us...Kyle was with us through the whole process and made sure all things were in balance in the chain.. He never stressed or faltered.. His resilience to overcome issues and works with others, made the deal go through without any hitches... Also special thanks to Marlo, who got us established back on the market and also Nagilla, who worked tirelessly in the background, holding the deal together post sale...

Cassandra CreakeThis was the easiest sale of a property I have ever had. There was no ongoing chain but even so Cassandra kept us informed of exactly where we were in the process at all times. We were given advance warning of when the buyers wanted to complete and everything ran very smoothly. Buyers were found for the property very quickly. Some companies are not very good at sales progression but Minors and Brady were excellent.

My review is specifically for Karol. What a wonderful young man. Karol came today to value our property. Karol was very professional, polite and most importantly relatable. Karol had a fantastic knowledge of housing market and the area, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and talking about. Karol is a superb representation of the company. Elle was very welcoming when we arrived to view the property. Our conversations were always friendly and professional and we left feeling that we knew everything that we needed to know. Given that we were viewing a flat, there are several matters that we needed to be clear about and Elle had all the information ready to give us. We certainly enjoyed the viewing, and meeting the current owner who was also very helpful, and are considering making an offer.

Jess kept me updated all the way, especially when the Vendor's solicitor was not being communicative. She acted as a liaison between the Vendor and myself, which meant we could discuss and agree on things, in a quicker timeframe than the solicitors would have done. She was helpful and always pleasant. I can endorse Minors and Brady and especially their post-sale agreement team. Also, a shout out to Hannah who did the initial "show round" the property and very kindly sent videos of the walk round as my husband was not well enough to see the whole property. She was also very pleasant.

GoogleReally great experience with Lee Mortier and team at Minors & Brady. We viewed a few properties with them after we decided we wanted to find somewhere in Norfolk to buy. Lee and the team were very helpful in arranging viewings. Then when we decided to make an offer on one, we were kept up to date throughout and got to STC very smoothly. Highly recommend them for purchasing a property and huge thanks again to Lee.
