GoogleI can't thank Jack and the team enough for the help and support in selling our house. We had 3 other estate agents from Lichfield round to value our house and Jack not only gave the best advice on what our house was worth but also made us feel at ease. The house we wanted to buy was of high interest so they did everything they could for a quick turn around, within a couple of days it was on the market and by the next day we had a huge amount of interest leading to multiple viewings and 4 offers. We ended up selling it for +5k of asking price. They dealt with all negotiations and after sale processes. Not that I plan on selling my house again soon but if I did I know exactly who I will be calling.

GooglePoor communication from start to finish. Our emails were ignored by the staff member dealing with our case and most of the time when I asked for a call back they failed to do so. It took 2 and half weeks until I finally spoke to someone, which happened to be the Jonathan Cole.
We were in a situation, which initially was not Taylor and Cole's fault however their poor communication and attitude completely put us off.
When I called to say we were pulling out of the property, following a discussion with Jonathan, I was told Jonathan Cole would call me as soon as he had finished to discuss it further. But again he failed to do so. As a company I found them to accept no accoutanabilty and incredibly rude.NegativeProfessionalism
