Monique at Chase Owl sold my house within 48 hours of it going up for sale. The time to complete took longer than expected due to the buyers solicitor making things very 'difficult' but we got there in the end. Throughout the whole process Monique was very easy to contact and speak to keep me updated and reassure me when things were getting stressful for me , despite her being very busy nothing was too much trouble. I can't fault the service at Chase Owl I would highly recommend them to ANYONE looking to buy or sell there property. Thank you 😀🏠

As I first time buyer, my and my partner did feel slightly daunted with the experience and didn’t know what to expect for the process. Monique was quite simply the best estate agent we could have hoped for, she has such a friendly and personable approach that put us at ease. She supported throughout with advising of next steps, what to expect, liaising with sellers/solicitors and overall made the experience less stressful. On the day of completion she contacted us to wish us luck and from speaking with other buyers, this is not something that always happens. I would reccomend chase owl estates to anyone looking to buy to sell their home and appreciate all the support we received from Monique and Chase Owl estates.

Really pleased with the experience and customer service we received from Chase Owl.Monique and team were really amazing. As first time buyers, we had a lot anxieties around how best to navigate the whole process.For us, great customer service was THE Deciding Factor us.I remember making my first telephone call to Monique to enquire about one of the their properties,whilst I was on a work MS teams call(forgot to mute myself🙆🏿)… ..Trying to multitask!! Service from both Monique and Demi is amazing, I have purchased twice through this estate agents after a number of failed attempts with other agents in the area. Both are ready and on hand to answer any queries or concerns, and if they are unable to answer straight away they always come back as soon as they possibly can. I work long hours and away from Rugeley, so booking viewings isn't the easiest of tasks but Demi has always stayed a few minutes late for me to get back into town. They are upfront and honest about all of the properties they market, so there isn't any surprises down the line, you get exactly what they sell you!

If you do not want to be massively let down do NOT use this unprofessional estate agent. Going back to February '22, we had an offer accepted by Monique from chase owl estates, mortgage in principle and proof of deposit in place. We were asked if we'd like to use their in-house mortgage advisor Andrew Little (another poor experience). In our naivety, we agreed and little to our knowledge, he assumed we couldn't afford this property (even though we already had a mortgage in principle plus proof of deposit) and must have fed this back to Monique. We found out we lost the property, not from chase owl estates but from a family member who noticed the property was no longer listed "Sold STC" on Rightmove. We was in the final underwriting stages with Natwest and we are so fortunate we didn't pay for the searches or any other fees as this would have really made it even more bitter. When I called Monique, she repetitively put the phone down on me and simply would not explain herself why we wasn't told directly. It's one thing cancelling the offer after it's been accepted but to not even inform us was completely out of order. Anyways, thanks Chase Owl, because of your incompetence, we've ended up moving to the same area, almost identical property which we prefer and we had 0 issues with getting a mortgage. Please AVOID this estate agent. The emotional damage done by Monique took a long time to repair and to regain confidence in estate agents. Not to be trusted. In my experience, I will never trust or use this estate agent again.
