GoogleA wonderful family run Estate agents…very professional service from start to finish. From Adam who valued our mothers bungalow with sensitivity and respect…. his advice and knowledge of the house market was second to none. To Diane in the office who kept us updated weekly and in between if needed.They made the whole process very clear and were so helpful with any queries we had. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.

GoogleHow do they sell houses?! Twice we turned up to view, twice they told us it was the following day. The first time we took as our mistake but to be told the next day the same bollox! Had heard about them not showing by someone else. They are probably ok if you don't rely on them to do the viewings. We are not bothering to try to view again.

GoogleWe have rented with Bramptons for the last six and a half years, sadly the house is being sold but Louise at Bramptons has been so supportive and helpful. The level of attention to detail and support given to tenants is absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend Bramptons if you are looking to rent. We may be leaving but I have gained a friend.

We also found him to be very professional and knowledgeable of the property market. To Diane who rang weekly and more if required and kept us fully informed along the way. FacebookI would not hesitate in recommending Bramptons. I have recently sold and purchased a property through Bramptons and I found the service I received top notch. Firstly with the sale of my home, I found Adam who completed the valuation refreshingly honest, not telling me what I wanted to hear, but realistically what I needed to do to achieve a sale only home prior to listing and most importantly pitching it at the right price to gain interest. The photos were done with care and family, friends and neighbours commented on the quality of the photos. In purchasing my house Bramptons were doing the viewings and I found them really accommodating when arranging viewings for the property. Most importantly, why pay for an estate agent when you can list with Purple Bricks? For me Bramptons earn then money, from the advice, negotiation, many calls between all parties, advice on contractors, solicitors and third parties who helped my sale and purchase go through smoothly. They did a good amount of due diligence on the buyers prior to viewing which ment only the right type of prospective buyers were coming through the door and saving me a load of time. All in all a really professional, efficient service from the team who work in an industry that gets a bad rep. Not once did I feel it was all about them closing the deal, it was about what was best for me, in my situation with honest advice. Thanks everyone, greatly appreciated, you have my business every time.

"I note from doing some research last week that we have now had a number of properties in your care for more than a decade, and in all that time there is so little that is truly memorable or remarkable. You find us good tenants, who typically stay for at least two-to-three years (which implies happiness), you collect the money and we have had very few barren patches in the history of any of the properties. We get regular and reliable reports from your inspections and there is very little drama involved. The Office Team are approachable, responsive and reliable. For the most part they are the same people we met when we first invested in the properties, so they obviously like Bramptons as much as we do. On the rare occasions when a property does come free, we can turn to Louise’s team of Decorators, Electricians, Handymen, Cleaners and Gardeners, so we can quickly get a House back on the top line and ready to re-market. This is a great service and the quality of the results speak volumes for the care you take in selecting your sub-contractors. All in all we would have no hesitation in recommending your managed services. As absentee Landlords living some 220 miles from our properties, we simply couldn’t manage the portfolio without you, and we are very grateful, both for everything you and the Team do, and also for the close working relationship that we have been able to build. Long may this situation continue and we hope for another great ten years. Adrian"
