The brochure was put together quickly and professionally and approved by me prior to issue. I discussed pricing with the team and we agreed the most appropriate price. I was kept fully informed of all viewings by text. Once the sale was agreed, they kept me fully informed on progress and regularly chased the buyers side to ensure the sale progressed. I would highly recommend Whittaker & Biggs.

We put the property on the market and within one week we had received several offers and agreed a sale, which was actually in excess of our asking price! Our solicitor unfortunately was very slow and difficult and Tiffany at Whittaker and Biggs helped by stepping in and being a contact between us and our sellers. She made communication much clearer and the process easier and quicker. We would of been so far behind and in a mess without her clearing things up and going the extra mile between us.
