GoogleI have been a tenant at one of M D's managed properties. I have only good praise to give to M D Properties and their team. They have been very helpful for all of my needs (even ones above general expectations). All of the team are very friendly and approachable. They will be my first choice next time I need a letting agent. I never give 5 stars as there's always room for improvement, however they are certainly top ranking in all of the letting agents I have used.

GoogleReally impress with the work they have carried out for me. Wether it be looking for tenants or making sure the house is looked after properly. A good agent which knows the need of House Owner and the tenants. Good communication and updates in right time. I would advice other to join MD property.

GoogleNever really fixed anything, on long list of things we sent them, until our last month here. The landlady wasn't even informed of some issues. In the properly 3 years. Waiting to see what happens with our deposit. Unable to leave the place as dirty as we found it.

GoogleMoved in a year ago to a property and addressed lots of maintenance which needing doing and still waiting for repairs which are becoming worse the longer we wait. We were told a repair was going to be done at the start of February however we are still waiting. I’m happy to review this when the issues have been resolved :)

GoogleUpdate - since leaving the review, the last three notices have increased to 48-96 hours, which is a good improvement. Overall good, would give 5 stars if they only provided just a bit more prior warning time than the legally minimum required notice for any property entry notice (usually 30 hours currently, given in the weekday)
